The new baby blanket I am knitting is going to look really cute. The colours are so bright, the pink is bright fushia (I don't think fushia photographs very well). I knitting 4 squares which are about 13 inches square. Then once I sew them together I will pick up stitches on the sides to make it slightly bigger. This yarn is totally acrylic which is good for babies so it can be thrown in the wash without fear of shrinking.Detta had her friend Alex over this weekend. They have been friends since junior kindergarden. They are one day apart in age. Anyways, Hugh was cooking pancakes and girls wanted to give it a go. So they cooked their own pancakes.
